          Jihun gave a presentation on
her research into protein structure, stability and folding using FGF-1 as the
model system.?Among other achievements,
she explained how she has been able to convert FGF-1 from a mesophile
(poorly-stable protein) into a hyperthermophile
(extremely stable protein).
